A proud native of Fort Worth, Jock Lewis is the founder of Jock Lewis Music Ministries, established in 1997. Renowned for his One-Man Band performances, Jock showcases his exceptional versatility as a keyboardist, pianist/organist, and vocalist.
For more than two decades, Jock has dedicated his life to empowering youth and young adults—both musically and academically—while performing across the country. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Texas Wesleyan University and is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Throughout his career, Jock has served as Minister of Music for several churches and has produced the acclaimed “Sounds of Christmas Jazz & Dinner Gala” for ten years before taking a brief hiatus to complete his undergraduate studies. Now, he is thrilled to bring the beloved event back—this time joining forces with his wife, Terri Tishaun Lewis, whose celebrated “Sounds of the Season” Christmas program is now in its tenth year. Together, they are presenting a beautifully unified celebration entitled “The Sounds of the Christmas Season.”
In addition to his ministry and music production, Jock serves as the Stage Band Director and Gospel Hour Coordinator for the Tarrant County Harambee Festival. In November 2024,
Jock married his beautiful wife, Terri Tishaun Lewis. Together, they form a dynamic duo, sharing their God-ordained gift of music to inspire, uplift, and unite audiences everywhere.
